By accessing or using ServiceAI you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a legally binding contract between you and ServiceAI Ltd.
ServiceAI is an AI-powered business management platform for service professionals. It provides AI quoting, booking management, invoicing, calendar management, and monthly bookkeeping reports.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
ServiceAI offers paid subscription plans as described on our pricing page. All plans include a 14-day free trial. By providing a payment method you authorise us to charge the applicable fees at the start of each billing cycle.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with at least 30 days notice. If you do not agree to a price change you may cancel before it takes effect.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you cancel your subscription you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
You agree not to use the service to violate any applicable law, send spam, impersonate any person, transmit harmful or illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, or use the service to harm, defraud, or deceive your clients. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
ServiceAI and all associated technology, design, and content is owned by ServiceAI Ltd. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the service.
You own all data you upload to ServiceAI. We process it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
ServiceAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceAI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days subject to legal retention requirements.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
