When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash — we never see your actual password).
Your business name, type, phone number, service list, and prices. We need this so the AI can generate quotes and your dashboard works correctly.
Client names, email addresses, phone numbers, booking dates, services, and notes. This data belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service to you.
Invoice records including amounts, payment status, and due dates. We do not store payment card numbers — payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which is PCI DSS compliant.
When you use the AI Inbox, messages are sent to Anthropic's API. We do not permanently store AI conversation content beyond your active session.
IP addresses, browser type, and usage patterns — used to keep the service secure. We do not sell this data.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data at any time. Email privacy@getserviceai.app and we will respond within 30 days.
In the event of a data breach, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.

Your data may be processed outside your country. All transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses meeting GDPR requirements.
