How do I set up my ServiceAI account?+
After signing up you are taken through a 3-step onboarding. Step 1 is your business profile. Step 2 is adding services and prices. Step 3 shows your unique booking link. The whole process takes about 5 minutes.
What types of businesses can use ServiceAI?+
Any service business. Plumbers, cleaners, designers, photographers, consultants, coaches, beauticians, personal trainers — if you offer a service and charge for it, ServiceAI works for you in any country worldwide.
Do I need technical knowledge to use it?+
No. If you can use WhatsApp you can use ServiceAI. No coding, no complex setup required at all.
How long does setup take?+
Most users are fully set up and live with their booking page within 30 minutes of signing up.
Services
How do I add my services and prices?+
During onboarding Step 2 you add services. You can also add, edit, or remove services at any time from the Services section of your dashboard. For each service add a name, price, pricing type, and optional description.
How does the AI use my services to generate quotes?+
When a client describes their needs, the AI reads your service list and prices and generates a matched professional quote. You can give the AI additional instructions — for example "minimum job $80" or "emergency callouts add 20%".
How many services can I add?+
The Starter plan allows up to 5 services. Growth and Agency plans allow unlimited services.
AI inbox
What is the AI inbox?+
The AI inbox lets you paste any client message and instantly get a professional quote. The AI reads your services and pricing and generates a quote you can send directly to the client — no manual calculation.
How accurate are the AI quotes?+
The AI generates quotes based on your services and any custom instructions you provide. The more detailed your service descriptions and AI instructions, the more accurate the quotes. Always review before sending.
Can I edit a quote before sending it?+
Yes. Every quote generated by the AI can be reviewed and edited before you send it to the client.
Invoicing
Are invoices created automatically?+
Yes. Every time a booking is confirmed — through your booking page or created manually — an invoice is automatically created and sent to the client by email.
How do payment follow-ups work?+
If an invoice is unpaid you can send a professional payment reminder email with one click from the Invoices section of your dashboard.
How do I mark an invoice as paid?+
Go to Invoices in your dashboard, find the invoice, and click Mark as Paid. A receipt is automatically sent to the client.
Plans & billing
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. Cancel at any time from your account settings. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards through Lemon Squeezy. We never store your card details.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+
Yes. Change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Privacy & data
Is my data secure?+
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use enterprise-grade infrastructure and follow security best practices. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Do you sell my data?+
Never. We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not use it for advertising. We only use your data to provide the ServiceAI service to you.
How do I delete my account?+
Email privacy@getserviceai.app and we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
