The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a European law that gives individuals control over their personal data. It applies to any company that processes personal data of EU or UK residents. ServiceAI complies with GDPR for all users.
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. We will provide this within 30 days at no charge.
You can correct inaccurate data directly in your dashboard at any time. For data you cannot edit yourself, contact us and we will correct it within 30 days.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data. We will action this within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
You can export your data at any time using the CSV export feature or by contacting us directly.
You can ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will stop unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds.
We have signed Data Processing Agreements with all third-party services that process your data — including Supabase, Resend, and Anthropic. These ensure they process your data only according to our instructions.
Some processors may store or process data outside the EEA. All such transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.
