Create your account

Go to the sign up page and create your account with your business name, email address, and a password. This takes about 2 minutes and you are taken straight to the onboarding flow.

Complete your business profile

Fill in your business name, type, and a description that will appear on your public booking page. Also set your payment preference. Optionally add AI instructions to help the AI quote accurately.

  • Business name — the name your clients know you by
  • About your business — 2 to 3 sentences. What you do and what makes your service special.
  • AI instructions (optional) — e.g. "Minimum job $80. Emergency callouts add 20%. I only serve postcodes starting with SW."

Add your services and prices

Add at least one service. For each service enter a name, price, and pricing type (flat rate, hourly, daily, or quote on request). The AI uses your service list to generate quotes — the more detail you add, the more accurate the quotes.

Copy your booking link

After completing your profile and services, your unique booking link is shown. Copy it. This is the link you share with clients — it is the most important thing you will get from ServiceAI.

Share your booking link everywhere

  • WhatsApp — add to your status and send to existing clients
  • Instagram bio — replaces the need for a Linktree entirely
  • Email signature — every email you send becomes a booking opportunity
  • Facebook page — add to your page description and posts

Test a booking

Open your booking link in a new browser tab as if you were a client. Browse your services, chat with the AI, and make a test booking using your own email address. Confirm that a confirmation email arrives and the booking appears in your dashboard.

That is it. Your ServiceAI account is ready to take real bookings. Every client who visits your booking link can get an instant AI quote and book directly — without you needing to be involved.
