What is ServiceAI?
ServiceAI is a universal problem-solving platform powered by AI. You can bring any real-world problem — home repairs, tech issues, legal questions, health queries, business questions, and more — and either get it solved instantly by AI, or get connected with a verified human expert who can handle it. It is free for everyone to use.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can use the AI problem solver on the Solve page without creating an account. However, creating a free account lets you save your problem history, track bookings, and access your invoices. Creating an account takes about 30 seconds.
What kinds of problems can I bring?
Any problem, with no category limits. Home repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, software bugs, website issues, contract review, legal questions, health information, business strategy, marketing, copywriting, tutoring, travel planning — ServiceAI handles all of it. If AI can solve it directly, you get the answer instantly. If you need a human expert, you get matched to the right one.
Is it really free?
Yes, using the AI to solve problems is free for everyone, always. You pay when you book a human expert (the expert sets their own price, and ServiceAI charges a small platform commission). Provider subscriptions are paid, starting at $29/month.
How do I get started?
Go to the Solve page, describe your problem or upload a photo, and click Analyse. You get a response in seconds. No account needed. If you want to save your results or book an expert, create a free account first.
Using the AI
How does the AI work?
ServiceAI uses Claude, one of the most advanced AI models available. When you describe your problem, the AI reads it, understands the context, and determines the best course of action — whether that is solving it directly or recommending a human expert.
Can I upload photos or documents?
Yes. You can upload photos (JPG, PNG) and documents (PDF, Word). The AI can analyse images to diagnose visual problems like AC units, plumbing issues, or structural damage. It can also read documents like contracts, leases, or code files.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
AI is excellent but not perfect, especially for complex or safety-critical problems. For anything involving health, electrical work, structural issues, or legal matters, always get a qualified professional to verify. The AI is a starting point, not a replacement for professional judgement.
Can I have a follow-up conversation?
Yes. After the AI analyses your problem, you can ask follow-up questions in the chat. The AI keeps the context of your original problem throughout the conversation.
Booking experts
How do I find and book an expert?
You can either browse the Experts directory and filter by category, or describe your problem on the Solve page and get matched automatically. Once matched, click Book and follow the steps. You will need a free account to complete a booking.
Are the experts verified?
Yes. All service providers on ServiceAI go through a verification process before being listed. Providers submit their credentials and are reviewed by our team. Reviews and ratings from previous clients are also visible on every profile.
How does payment work?
Payment is collected securely through the platform at the time of booking. Funds are held until the job is confirmed complete. The expert receives their payout after completion, minus the platform commission. ServiceAI never releases payment before the work is done.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee depending on the provider's policy. Contact us at hello@getserviceai.app if you need help with a cancellation.
For providers
How do I list my services?
Sign up as a service provider at signup.html, complete the onboarding (takes about 5 minutes), and your profile will be listed in the directory. You get a unique booking link you can share with existing clients immediately.
What does it cost to list?
Starter plan is $29/month and Growth is $59/month. Both come with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. ServiceAI also charges a 10% commission on each completed booking made through the platform.
What is the AI booking page?
Every provider gets a unique public URL — like getserviceai.app/ServiceAI_BookingPage.html?slug=your-name. Clients visit this link, chat with the AI to get a quote, and book directly. The AI represents your business and quotes based on your services and pricing.
How do I get paid?
Payouts are processed automatically after each completed booking. We support bank transfer and other payment methods. Your full payout history is available in your dashboard.
My account
How do I change my email or password?
Go to your account settings in the dashboard. You can update your email, password, and profile details at any time.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at hello@getserviceai.app with your account email and a request to delete your account. We process deletion requests within 5 business days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Payment details are never stored on ServiceAI's servers.
How do I cancel my provider subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Do you offer refunds?
For subscription plans, refunds are available within 7 days of the first charge if you have not used the platform. For individual bookings, see our cancellation policy above.
